To receive your official MTIBA certificate, please complete all sections of the application form before proceeding to the payment portal to cover the issuance fee. Once your payment is successful, finalize your request by submitting the form and our team will contact you via email or phone to confirm your details and provide an update on your status.

2 Weeks Certificates
To pay your fee, click the "Pay Certificate Fee" button. You’ll be securely redirected to DPO Pay Online, MTIBA’s trusted payment portal. Choose your country, enter your mobile number and PIN to authorize the payment, or use your bank card details. Please make sure all fields in the form are fully completed before you submit.

4 Weeks Certificates
To pay your fee, click the 'Pay Certificate Fee' button below. You will be redirected to DPO Pay Online, our secure system. Select your country, enter your mobile number then PIN to approve payment, or enter your bank card details. Please ensure you complete all details in the form.
Fee: K500.00
6 Weeks Certificates
To pay your fee, click the 'Pay Certificate Fee' button below. You will be redirected to DPO Pay Online, our secure system. Select your country, enter your mobile number then PIN to approve payment, or enter your bank card details. Please ensure you complete all details in the form.
Fee: K1000.00
12 Weeks Certificates (3 Months)
