Payment Information
To receive your official MTIBA Certificate, please compleate all sections before proceeding to the payment portal to cover the issuance fee. Once your payment is successful, finalise your request by submittin the form and our team will contact you via email or phone to confirm your deatils and provide an update your application status.
Steps:
1. Complete the form
2. Pay the fee
3. Await payment confirmation, check your email, come back and enter the payment reference you received via your email.
4. Submit the form
5. Check your email for submission confirmation and other important next steps
Two Weeks Certificates
To pay certificate fee, click "Pay For One Certificate" button. If You are pay for two, click "Pay For Two Certificates", or "Pay For Three Certificates", and "Pay For Four Certificates". You will be securely redirected to DPO Pay Online. That is our trusted payment system. Choose your country, enter your bank card details or mobile number if you want to pay through mobile. If you are outside Zambia, the system will automatically convert the currency into Zambian Kwacha, you just click, "Pay..........". Please make sure all fields in the form are completed.
You be automatically charged a 260 ZMW per course. You do not need to submit twice if you are paying for more than one course, just write all the courses you want to pay for, and click the Payment button according to the number of courses you have entered.
Important Notice: Submissions without payments will not be proccessed
You will be required to enter the Payment Reference before proceeding to Submit. Check your email to find your payment reference. You only received the Payment Reference if you paid certificate fee(s).
